Common Interface Items

Portions of Symphony's user interface is made up of "business components". These business components are visual software objects that exhibit certain behaviors specific to Symphony's implementation of content analysis, while employing standard Windows GUI techniques. This section contains a description of each of these components.

 

Even after reading the descriptions of these components here, it is important that you also read any descriptions of the components on the forms and views where they are used. The reason is that within a given context, they may exhibit more or less behavior from what is described here.
